PrepFiler BTA Automated applies the BTA extraction approach to automated DNA-purification workflows. It is intended for challenging sample types such as bone, teeth and selected adhesive-containing substrates.
The 960-reaction format supports repeated batch processing with validated liquid-handling methods. It is a separate kit from both manual PrepFiler BTA and the prefilled PrepFiler Express BTA cartridges used on AutoMate Express.
