Product overview
PrepFiler isolates and purifies DNA from forensic materials such as body-fluid stains and swabs. Its magnetic particles and buffer system are designed to retain DNA while removing substances that can interfere with downstream PCR.
The 4463351 kit is the manual, 100-reaction reagent configuration. It is supplied without the plastic consumables used for substrate separation and tube processing, which should be included separately when planning a complete workflow.
