HID Real-Time PCR Analysis Software turns quantification data into information for subsequent forensic DNA analysis. It combines assay templates, quality flags and tools for sample dilution and STR reaction setup.
Version 1.3 includes virtual-standard-curve functionality and documented support for QuantStudio 5 and Applied Biosystems 7500 instruments. Software, operating-system and instrument compatibility must be checked for the selected installation rather than inferred from the product-family name.
