GeneMapper PG extends the GeneMapper ID-X workflow with tools for reviewing mixture profiles, estimating contributor numbers and deconvoluting mixtures. Its fully continuous model uses deterministic calculations.
Visualizations expose the analysis steps and support comparison of alternative propositions. Likelihood-ratio and robustness tools help an analyst examine the evidential support under explicitly defined hypotheses.
